Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 


Returns 


You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 


To be eligible for a return: 

  • Item must be unused and unworn 
  • Item must be in original condition 
  • Tags must still be attached 
  • Item must be returned in original packaging 


Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted. 


Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 

  • Final sale or discounted items 
  • Gift cards 
  • Items marked “non-returnable” 


How to Start a Return 

To request a return, please contact us at: Info@evoyk.com 

Include: 

  • Your order number 
  • Your name 
  • Reason for return 


We will provide return instructions once approved. 


Please do not send items back without contacting us first. 


Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service 
  • EVOYK is not responsible for lost return packages 


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 


Refunds 


Once we receive and inspect your return: 

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection 
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method 


Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Exchanges 

If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. 

If stock is available, we can arrange an exchange. 

If not, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect: 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost. 


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund yet: 

  1. Check your bank account 
  2. Contact your card provider 
  3. Contact your bank
